Important Information for Customers
Allforms.co.uk strives to provide you with forms, labels and stationery of the very highest quality, but on rare occasions accidents do happen. If your goods have been supplied incorrectly, or are faulty, please contact us and arrange a return or refund.
All returns and refunds are subject to the following company policies:
Stock Items Policies
Faulty or Incorrect Goods Supplied
If you receive faulty or incorrect goods, they will be collected and fully refunded or replaced, provided that the goods are in a resaleable condition and in the original packaging.
You must notify Allforms of any issues relating to shortages, incorrectly supplied goods or faulty goods within three (3) working days of their delivery.
Incorrect Goods Ordered
If you have ordered goods in error, they may be returned to Allforms for a full refund (excluding carriage costs). These goods must be returned in a resaleable condition and in their original packaging.
You may return incorrect goods up to 30 days from their delivery date.
Bespoke Stationery Policies
Proofs
When ordering bespoke stationery, all customers will be provided with a proof to examine and approve.
Once these proofs have been approved, Allforms.co.uk will be unable to replace any delivered bespoke forms.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods Supplied
Bespoke forms which are faulty or supplied incorrectly will be reprinted and replaced within 15 working days of notification of such faults.
You must notify Allforms of any issues relating to incorrectly supplied or faulty goods within three (3) working days of their delivery.
