Stock items

Faulty or incorrect goods supplied:
Goods supplied incorrectly or faulty goods will be collected and fully refunded or replaced provided the the goods are in a resaleable condition and in the original packaging.
Shortages or incorrect or faulty goods must be notified within 3 working days of delivery of the goods.

Incorrect goods ordered:
Goods which have been ordered incorrectly may be returned to Allforms co uk for a full refund excluding any carriage costs. The goods must be in a resaleable condition and in the original packaging.
Incorrect goods may be returned up to 30 days from delivery date..

Bespoke stationery

Faulty or incorrect goods supplied:
Goods which are faulty or supplied incorrectly will be reprinted and replaced within 15 working days of notification of such faults.
Notification of of faulty or incorrect goods must be within 3 working days of delivery of the goods.

Proofs:
A proof will be provided for the customer to approve.
Once proofs have been approved Allforms co uk will be unable to replace bespoke forms.
